Kuwait Television Honored with Two Awards by Arab States Broadcasting Union

KUWAIT CITY: Kuwait Television has been recognized with two awards by the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) during its annual programs competition, securing second place in two distinct categories. According to Kuwait News Agency, the ASBU's standing committee announced the accolades on Wednesday, highlighting Kuwait Television's achievements in both competitions. The awards will be officially presented during the 25th ASBU festival, which will be scheduled at a later date. In the first category, which evaluated the number of television programs and activities within a single country, Iraq Television secured the top spot, while Saudi Television was placed third. In the second competition category, which focused on annual programs and activities, Iraq Television again took first place, with Qatar Television finishing in third. The recognition underscores Kuwait Television's commitment to excellence in broadcasting within the Arab region.
