Beirut: Caretaker Defense Minister, Maurice Sleem, on Thursday met with Abdullah Suleiman Al-Shahine, Charge d'Affaires of the Kuwaiti Embassy, who paid him a farewell visit as he concludes his mission in Lebanon. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Minister Sleem extended his best wishes to Al-Shahine for success in his future endeavors and expressed gratitude to the State of Kuwait for its continuous support of Lebanon. Minister Sleem emphasized that Kuwait's steadfast solidarity with Lebanon is deeply appreciated, highlighting the strong diplomatic relations between the two countries. The meeting underscored the ongoing cooperation and mutual respect that has characterized the relationship throughout Al-Shahine's tenure.
