Paris: Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, headed Thursday to France to partake in a conference on the protection of journalists' safety organized by UNESCO's International Programme for the Development of Communication (IPDC). According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Makary is set to deliver Lebanon's address, where he will highlight Israel's systematic targeting of the Lebanese media corps. The conference aims to address pressing issues related to the safety of journalists and seeks to promote measures that ensure their protection globally.
