Beirut: In a significant development aimed at improving customer service, MEAG has signed a contract with DHL to facilitate the delivery of delayed baggage directly to passengers' homes. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to enhance the passenger experience, as directed by the Chairman-Director General.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, this new service will be implemented starting November 1, 2025. It is designed to simplify the baggage claim process, allowing for delayed luggage to be delivered promptly and securely to passengers' residences, thereby eliminating the need for them to return to the airport. This move is expected to significantly boost passenger satisfaction by ensuring a more convenient and efficient handling of delayed baggage.
