Beirut: Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati met with Minister of State for Administrative Development Najla Riachy to discuss the results of a public tender related to a timekeeping project. The project is designed to enhance accountability within the public sector. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the timekeeping initiative is managed by the Ministry of State for Administrative Development in collaboration with the Public Procurement Authority. It focuses on the installation, operation, and maintenance of time-tracking devices in government offices to ensure better governance. Mikati described the project as a crucial step in reform efforts, highlighting its importance in reinforcing governance and preparing the groundwork for future administrative and financial reforms once stability is achieved.
