Beirut: Caretaker Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, held discussions at the Grand Serail with Brigadier General Guillaume Ponchin, who leads the French military delegation involved in the ceasefire monitoring committee's meetings. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting was also attended by the French Ambassador to Lebanon, Hervé Magro, and Mikati's advisors, Boutros Assaker and Ziad Mikati. The discussions focused on Lebanon's priorities, which include achieving a ceasefire, addressing Israeli violations, ensuring the withdrawal of the Israeli army from Lebanese territories, and enhancing the deployment of the Lebanese army in the south.
