MP Hassan Fadlallah Criticizes Authorities, Accuses It of Concessions and Mismanagement

Beirut: MP Hassan Fadlallah on Wednesday said in a press conference at parliament that the authorities in Beirut are unfit to govern, arguing that personal and sometimes sectarian interests prevail over national priorities.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Fadlallah accused the authorities of making concessions to Israel and pursuing a path that deepens internal divisions, calling on them to reconsider their approach and return to the people.

Fadlallah also claimed the authorities withdrew the army from the south, leaving it exposed to occupation, and said Israel sought to compensate for battlefield setbacks through negotiations in Washington.
