Beirut: Justice Minister, Adel Nassar, on Monday met with the new UNICEF Representative in Lebanon, Marcoluigi Corsi, in the presence of the Minister's Advisor, Attorney Lara Saade, and Judge Raja Abi Nader.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting focused on discussions related to Law No. 422 concerning the protection of juveniles, as well as next year's cooperation and joint programs between UNICEF and the Ministry of Justice.
Talks also addressed training for judges, the development of relevant legislation, the work of the forensic medicine department, and best practices in handling cases involving children and minors.
