Beirut: Oil prices in Lebanon saw a notable decrease today, impacting various fuel types across the country. The price adjustments include a drop of LBP 14,000 for 95-octane gasoline and diesel, LBP 15,000 for 98-octane gasoline, and LBP 39,000 for gas.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the current prices after the reductions are as follows: 95-octane gasoline is now priced at LBP 1,398,000, while 98-octane gasoline stands at LBP 1,437,000. Diesel has been adjusted to LBP 1,261,000, and gas is now at LBP 1,060,000.
These changes come as a relief to consumers who have been facing fluctuating fuel costs. The reduction in prices is expected to have a ripple effect on transportation and goods, potentially easing some of the economic pressures on the population.
