Partial Strike in Jerusalem Following Sinwar’s Death

Jerusalem: A general strike took place in Issawiya, a village in Jerusalem, with a partial strike affecting the city's markets, as residents mourned the death of Yahya Sinwar, the head of the political bureau of Hamas, in the Gaza Strip. According to Maan News Agency, shops and schools in Issawiya were closed, and a partial strike was observed in the city's main markets, including Salah al-Din Street, al-Rashid Street, and al-Zahraa Street. The event followed an announcement from mosques in Issawiya mourning Sinwar late the previous evening.
