Rabweh: Melkite Greek Catholic Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, Youssef Al-Absi, on Monday received the new Kuwaiti Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammed Sultan Al-Sharji, at the Patriarchate in Rabweh. Al-Sharji's visit was characterized as an acquaintance visit, marking the start of his diplomatic duties in Lebanon.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting between Patriarch Al-Absi and Ambassador Al-Sharji included discussions on the general situation in Lebanon and the broader region. Both parties engaged in talks that shed light on the current circumstances affecting the area, underscoring the importance of diplomatic relations and regional stability.
