Amman: Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam and his Jordanian counterpart Dr. Jaafar Hassan have agreed to convene the Lebanese-Jordanian Joint Higher Committee within this year.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, this agreement was made during a second round of talks at a luncheon hosted by the Jordanian Prime Minister in honor of Prime Minister Salam and his delegation. The discussions emphasized the importance of collaboration in key sectors such as trade, transportation, and energy.
Both leaders expressed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and enhancing cooperative efforts in these critical areas. The focus on these sectors aims to facilitate growth and mutual benefits for both Lebanon and Jordan.
