Beirut: Prime Minister, Dr. Nawaf Salam, chaired a working meeting at the Grand Serail with a delegation from the World Bank, headed by World Bank Group (WBG) Executive Director, Abdulaziz Al Mulla.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting saw participation from several key Lebanese ministers, including Finance Minister Yassine Jaber, Energy and Water Minister Joe Saddi, Social Affairs Minister Haneen Al-Sayed, Economy and Trade Minister Amer Bisat, Displaced Affairs and Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Minister Kamal Shehadeh, Public Works and Transport Minister Fayez Rasamny, Environment Minister Tamara Zein, Agriculture Minister Nizar Hani, Public Health Minister Rakan Nasser El-Din, and Administrative Development Affairs Minister Fadi Makki. Also in attendance was Mohamed Ali Qabbani, the President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction.
Following the discussions, a joint press conference is set to be held by Minister Yassine Jaber and Arnaud Fernand Buisse, the Executive Director representing France at the World Bank Group. The conference will be broadcast on Lebanon Television, Tele Liban, providing further insights into the outcomes of the meeting.
