President Abdel Fattah El Sisi ordered the government to intensify work to hold effective contacts with citizens through the various channels, topped by the unified government complaints system, which plays a crucial role in addressing the various complaints, in cooperation with the relevant ministries and bodies, said Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli. Madbouli made the remarks while reviewing efforts made by the complaints system in June 2024 through a report, which was presented by Director of the Unified Government Complaints System Tarek el Refaei. The report highlighted the government's efforts to deal with citizens' complaints in the last month. The total number of complaints submitted through the system in June amounted to 155,000, Refaei said. Source: State Information Service Egypt
