President Aoun Engages in Discussions on Infrastructure, Politics, and Healthcare at Baabda

Baabda: President Joseph Aoun held a series of meetings at Baabda Presidential Palace, focusing on various ministerial, developmental, political, and health-related topics.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, President Aoun met with Minister of Public Works and Transport, Fayez Rasamny, to address the condition of the Dahr El-Baidar road. The discussion highlighted the need for accelerated rehabilitation efforts, road expansion, and enhanced lighting to improve safety and traffic flow. Additionally, President Aoun emphasized the necessity of timely follow-up on the Ren© Mouawad Airport in Qlayaat.

In political discussions, President Aoun welcomed MP Ali Osseiran and his Advisor, Dr. Ghazi Ayoub, to deliberate on the situation in the south and recent political developments. Furthermore, former Minister and MP Assem Qanso visited the President to discuss national entitlements and affairs related to the Bekaa region.

President Aoun also engaged with a delegation from the Dentists' Syndicate, led by Dean Dr. Ziad Zeidan, who expressed gratitude for the President's support of the International Dental Conference in Beirut. The meeting covered syndicate affairs and their demands.

Later, a delegation from the "Lebanese Medical Social Gathering," headed by Professor Raef Khalil Reda, met with President Aoun. The delegation praised the President's national positions and raised healthcare-related demands, to which President Aoun reiterated the importance of healthcare protection for all Lebanese citizens.
