Beirut:President of the Republic Joseph Aoun engaged in discussions regarding domestic affairs and regional developments, particularly focusing on efforts to enhance electricity generation, with Member of Parliament Neemat Frem.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, during the meeting, Frem praised President Aoun's efforts to protect Lebanon's sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity, while also reinforcing state authority across the nation.
In a separate meeting, President Aoun met with former minister and MP Michel Pharaon, who provided an update on discussions with intellectuals and political figures about an initiative promoting Lebanon's neutrality. These discussions are being compiled for the second volume of a book dedicated to this initiative.
