Biden, Jr., is set to visit Germany on October 17-18 and Angola in early December to engage with international leaders on a range of strategic initiatives, according to a recent announcement from the White House. According to Kuwait News Agency, the statement released by White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Wednesday outlined the President's agenda for these visits. In Germany, President Biden will hold meetings with German leaders to discuss strengthening the already robust ties between the two nations. The discussions will focus on several key areas, including support for Ukraine in its defense against Russian aggression, issues in the Middle East, and reinforcing the shared commitment to democratic values and the fight against antisemitism and hatred. The agenda in Germany also includes advancing cooperation in economic, trade, and technological sectors and bolstering Euro-Atlantic alliances and partnerships. Following his visit to Germany, President Biden will travel to Luanda, Angola in the first week of December. This visit aims to celebrate and further develop the transformed relationship between the US and Angola. President Biden will acknowledge Angola's significant role as a strategic partner and regional leader. The talks in Angola are set to cover collaboration on security, health, and economic partnerships. This includes the G7's Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment's support for the Lobito Corridor, which is expected to yield mutual benefits for both nations.
