According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the decision to nominate Nawaf Salam comes amid ongoing efforts to select a suitable candidate for the prime ministerial position. The 'Project Watan' bloc, which has been actively participating in these consultations, includes MPs Neemat Frem and Jamil Abboud. Their endorsement of Nawaf Salam highlights their strategic choice in the political arena as Lebanon seeks a stable and effective government amid its current challenges.
