Amman: Under the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II, a Royal Jordanian Air Force C130 aircraft was dispatched to Lebanon on Monday to evacuate Jordanian citizens and deliver humanitarian aid amid the ongoing crisis in the region. According to Jordan News Agency, the evacuation operation was promptly organized following recent developments in Lebanon, highlighting the Jordanian government's commitment to the safety and well-being of its nationals abroad. The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates coordinated the logistics of the evacuation, ensuring a smooth and secure process for all involved. The aircraft not only carried Jordanian nationals back to safety but also transported essential supplies including food, relief materials, medicines, and medical equipment. This initiative was undertaken in collaboration with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), which helped facilitate the distribution of aid to the sectors most affected by the crisis in Lebanon. The mission reflects Jordan's ongoin g commitment to humanitarian efforts and regional responsibility, aiming to alleviate the hardships faced by communities in Lebanon during this tumultuous period.
