Beirut: Russian Ambassador Alexander Rudakov opened the RT.DOC documentary film festival, “The Time of Heroes,” in Beirut, attended by officials and cultural figures. He highlighted the festival’s goal to showcase courage and humanity through documentaries as a means to understand our era and uphold dignity.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Rudakov praised RT’s 20 years of media dedication and stressed the importance of preserving spiritual values and cultural traditions for future generations. He also emphasized the festival’s significance for Lebanon and expressed hope it would strengthen cultural ties between Russia and Lebanon.
The event is part of international efforts to promote dialogue and shared values through documentary films.
