Beirut: Prime Minister Nawaf Salam is currently delivering the ministerial statement of the "Reform and Rescue" government before Parliament, as lawmakers convene to debate the government's policy agenda. The session, called by Speaker Nabih Berri, began with the reading of the government formation decrees.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, earlier, Prime Minister Salam arrived at Parliament, where he met with Speaker Berri ahead of the session. Meanwhile, MPs had begun arriving to participate in discussions on the ministerial statement.
