Beirut: Prime Minister Nawaf Salam on Monday hosted the ambassadors of the Quintet countries at the Grand Serail: Saudi Ambassador Walid bin Abdullah Bukhari, French Ambassador Herv© Magro, Qatari Ambassador Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Egyptian Ambassador Alaa Moussa, and U.S. Ambassador Lisa Johnson.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting at the Grand Serail was part of ongoing diplomatic engagements aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and discussing regional developments. Prime Minister Salam and the ambassadors engaged in discussions covering a range of subjects pertinent to both local and international interests.
The presence of the ambassadors from Saudi Arabia, France, Qatar, Egypt, and the United States underscores the significance of Lebanon's strategic partnerships with these influential nations. The meeting highlighted the collaborative efforts and shared objectives in addressing regional challenges and fostering mutual cooperation.
The ambassadors also reiterated their countries' support for Lebanon's political and economic stability. The discussions at the Grand Serail are expected to pave the way for future collaborations and initiatives that will benefit Lebanon and its partners in the Quintet.
