Doha: Prime Minister Nawaf Salam on Tuesday arrived in the State of Qatar on an official visit, leading a ministerial delegation that includes Minister of Culture Ghassan Salameh, Minister of Energy Joe Sadé, Minister of Public Works and Transport Fayez Rasamny, and Minister of Administrative Development Fadi Makki. Upon arrival at Hamad International Airport, the Lebanese delegation was received by Qatari Minister of Transport Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Thani. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, during the visit, Prime Minister Salam is scheduled to meet with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, as well as Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. Talks will focus on issues of mutual interest and on strengthening bilateral cooperation between Lebanon and Qatar.
