Beirut: Minister of Culture, Dr. Ghassan Salameh, on Friday received the head of the Economic and Social Council, Charles Arbid, in his office at the National Library-Sanayeh. According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the discussion highlighted the importance of culture in fostering a conducive environment for investment.
