Salfit: The occupation demolishes a park, confiscates its property and destroys trees

Salfit - Ma'an - The Israeli occupation authorities on Monday demolished a park and confiscated public property in the Bir Abu Ammar area in Qarawet Bani Hassan, west of Salfit. The mayor of Qaraweh Bani Hassan, Ibrahim Asi, said that the occupation forces raided the "Bir Abu Ammar" area, located northwest of the town, accompanied by a bulldozer, and demolished the park, uprooted the "artificial grass", confiscated it, broke the lighting poles, benches, and solar energy cells, and destroyed the forest trees. Assi pointed out that the "Bir Abu Ammar" area is subjected to continuous violations by the occupation forces and settlers who are trying to seize the area to establish a settlement outpost at its expense.
