Beirut: Israeli enemy warplanes on Monday continued their assault on southern Lebanon, targeting multiple locations in the Tyre district and leaving a trail of casualties and destruction. The Ministry of Public Health's Emergency Operations Center reported that a strike on Ain Baal injured eight people, one of whom remains in critical condition. Additional airstrikes hit residential buildings near the Islamic University in Tyre and the town of Bazourieh. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, in Burj Rahhal, two homes were destroyed, and surrounding buildings sustained significant damage during an earlier strike. In Tyre's southern villages, an airstrike on Maarakeh resulted in casualties, while another hit Tayr Harfa. Meanwhile, in southern Lebanon's Khiyam, the Israeli army continued demolishing structures through explosive charges, compounding the destruction in the area.
