Beirut: Lebanese newspapers on Thursday highlighted significant international developments involving Tel Aviv and Washington. Al-Akhbar reported that Tel Aviv is in the process of drafting a unilateral proposal in collaboration with Washington.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, Al-Joumhouria focused on Egypt’s diplomatic efforts, urging a ceasefire and a consensual presidential election while Washington calls for an urgent settlement. Meanwhile, Lebanon has rejected the conditions set by Israel.
As-Sharq Al-Awsat emphasized the ongoing negotiations, describing the situation as a ‘negotiation fire’ that encompasses both Beirut and Tel Aviv. The intricate dynamics between these cities reflect the broader geopolitical tensions in the region.
