The Council of National Security Agents agrees to conclude a MoU for security cooperation between Iraq and Syria

The National Security Deputies Council agreed to conclude a memorandum of understanding for security cooperation between Iraq and Syria.

The National Security Adviser stated in a statement: "The council held today, Tuesday, the ninth session, headed by National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji, and in the presence of members of the Council."

The Council discussed the topics on the agenda and made the necessary decisions and recommendations in this regard.

The Council decided to approve the conclusion of a memorandum of understanding for security cooperation between the Ministry of Interior in the Republic of Iraq and the Ministry of Interior in the Syrian Arab Republic, after amending it in accordance with the observations raised in the session.

The Council discussed the report of the Helicopters Committee of the Ministry of Oil, and decided to endorse the recommendations of the committee, to raise the level of coordination and organization to manage the work of aircraft belonging to civil authorities and institutions.
