Tripoli: The General Staff of the Libyan Army mourned the late - by God's permission - Major Sailor: Abdul Rahman Salem Milad, who was targeted by the hands of treachery yesterday, Sunday, asking God Almighty to accept him well and kindly. The General Staff and its members offered their deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the deceased and his relatives, to the members of the Naval Academy and the Naval Forces, and to his colleagues, in their great and painful affliction, and may God reward them greatly and grant them patience and solace and compensate them for him with the best of this world and the hereafter.
