Beirut: The Traffic Management Center on Thursday reported that several mountain roads are currently closed due to heavy snow accumulation. The affected routes include Ainata - Al-Arz, Kfardebian - Hadath Baalbek, Al-Akkoura - Hadath Baalbek, Hermel - Sir el-Dinniyeh, Hermel - Qubayat, and Maasser Chouf - Kfarya. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the closures are impacting transportation and access across the affected areas. Authorities have urged travelers to avoid these routes and seek alternative paths to ensure safety. The closures are expected to remain in effect until conditions improve and roads are cleared.
