Beirut:The U.S. Embassy in Beirut has expressed gratitude towards President Donald J. Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio for their efforts in advancing the establishment of direct flights between Lebanon and the United States.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, the embassy emphasized that this move would enhance trust between the two nations and demonstrate confidence in Lebanon's future. The introduction of direct flights is seen as a means to bring families closer, strengthen ties with the Lebanese American community, and facilitate American business ventures in Lebanon.
The embassy also expressed eagerness to collaborate with Lebanese partners to make this opportunity a reality, ultimately benefiting both nations and contributing to a more prosperous Lebanon.
