UAQ Crown Prince Meets Newly Appointed Paraguayan Ambassador

Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Qaiwain, welcomed Carolin Konther Lopez, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Paraguay to the UAE, at the Emiri Court. The meeting marked the beginning of Ambassador Lopez's tenure and focused on enhancing bilateral relations. According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikh Rashid expressed his hopes for the ambassador's success in her new role, emphasizing the potential for strengthened friendship and cooperation between the UAE and Paraguay. The ambassador reciprocated by expressing gratitude for the warm reception and commending the existing strong ties between the two countries. The meeting was attended by several officials from Umm Al Qaiwain, signifying the importance placed on international diplomatic relations by the emirate.
