Ukrainian Embassy Opens in Muscat to Foster Bilateral Relations

MUSCAT: The Ukrainian embassy in Muscat was inaugurated today, marking a significant step in fostering diplomatic and economic relations between Ukraine and Oman. The ceremony was held under the auspices of Andrii Sybiha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and was attended by Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister of Oman. According to Oman News Agency, the opening of the embassy is part of an effort to strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation across various fields. In his address, Minister Sybiha emphasized the importance of this development in enhancing ties between the two nations, particularly in sectors such as commerce, energy, and agriculture. The inauguration was attended by several officials and ambassadors from Arab and other friendly countries, alongside members of the Ukrainian community residing in Oman. The event underscores both nations' commitment to deepening their partnership and exploring new avenues for collaboration.
