UN Secretary-General to Address Media in Beirut

Beirut: Members of the media are cordially invited to a press conference by United Nations Secretary-General, Mr. António Guterres, on Saturday 18 January 2025 at 5.30 PM, at the Movenpick Hotel, Beirut, Lebanon. The event aims to provide insights into current global issues and the UN's ongoing efforts. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, media personnel are advised to arrive an hour before the event for security checks. They must present a Press ID card and a national identification card. The conference will be conducted in English, with live interpretation available in both English and Arabic. The press conference will also be broadcast live on UN WEB TV.
