Victory Team competes in second round of XCAT World Championship in Palermo, Italy

PALERMO: The Victory Team delegation is in Palermo, Italy, for the second round of the 2024 XCAT World Powerboat Championship, which will begin on Friday and continue until Sunday. The Masters of the Sea will head towards a new destination led by Mohammed Abdulla Harib Al Falahi, Board Member and CEO of Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC), along with Khalid Bin Dasmal, Board Member at DIMC, and Ahmad Al Sumathi, Director of Victory Team Department at DIMC. The drivers representing Victory 7 are the duo Salem Al Adidi and Eisa Al Ali, in addition to the technical crew. Victory Team is looking forward to securing the top spots after their success in the first round held in the Emirate of Fujairah, where they gathered a total of 65 points (30 points from the first race and 35 points in the second race) to top the overall standings. This year, they are determined to clinch their sixth World Championship title for the Dubai International Marine Club. Salem Al Adidi and Eisa Al Ali are eager to replicate thei r remarkable success from 2017 with Victory Team, aiming to reclaim the world title for the Dubai International Marine Club, which they previously won in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2017.
