Homs: Five people were killed and 21 others injured in an initial toll following a terrorist explosion at the Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib Mosque in the Wadi al-Dahab district of Homs, central Syria.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, officials at the Syrian Health Ministry reported that five people were killed and 21 others injured in the blast, according to preliminary figures.
A security source told SANA that initial investigations indicate the explosion was caused by explosive devices planted inside the mosque.
