770 Palestinians Martyred Amid Ongoing Conflict in Northern Gaza


GAZA CITY: Up to 770 Palestinians have been martyred, and approximately 1,000 have been injured, with more individuals reported missing, in the Jabalia refugee camp during 19 days of aggression by Israeli occupation forces, the Gaza government media office announced on Wednesday. The operation has resulted in significant casualties and displacement, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region.

According to Kuwait News Agency, the Gaza government media office stated that 200 civilians have been detained, including women, with many individuals still missing following forced displacement from their homes in Northern Gaza by the occupation forces. The statement highlighted the dire need for urgent medical care for over 100,000 wounded and sick individuals, which remains unavailable due to the destruction of health systems and four hospitals in the area.

The media office also raised alarms over a shortage of medical supplies and reported incidents of occupation forces targeting medical teams, including th
e recent targeting of Dr. Mohammed Ghanem from Kamal Adwan Hospital. Health authorities have confirmed that 74 martyrs and 130 injured individuals have arrived at various hospitals in Gaza over the past 24 hours, indicating the ongoing severity of the situation.
