Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly (parliament) Ahmad Al-Saadoun on Friday sent a couple of cables to French National Assembly Speaker Yael Braun-Pivet and Senate Speaker Gerard Larcher, congratulating them on the occasion of their country's National Day.
