The body of a citizen from Khan Yunis, south of Hebron, was found after his traces were lost

Late tonight, teams of volunteers found the body of Akram Salim Suleiman Sarhan, 58 years old, resident of Khan Yunis, inside a hole on the separation fence near the “Meitar” crossing, south of Hebron.

According to Samer Zahida from the volunteer teams, traces of the deceased were lost four days ago, and his family in Gaza announced, via social media, that they had lost contact with him, requesting at the same time their help in finding him.

He added that volunteer teams from the Palestine Emergency Committee worked around the clock during the four days to search for him, until he was found tonight, inside a hole on the fence.

He added, "We convey our condolences, in the name of Nashami Palestine Emergency, to the family of the deceased in the Gaza Strip, asking God to cover him with His vast mercy and inspire his family and loved ones with patience and good condolences.
