Weather: Temperature higher than annual average

RAMALLAH: Weather on Thursday is expected to partly cloudy to clear, while temperatures are expected to rise slightly, becoming four degrees Celsius abovethe annual average., according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD). Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, and moderate. Sea waves are meduim. Friday's weather is expected to be partially cloudy as temperature drops and becomes lower than its annual average. Scattered rain showers are expected on some areas. Weather on Saturday is expected to be partially cloudy to cloudy with a slight rise in temperature.
