YAOUNDÉ: Salem Saeed Al Shamsi, UAE Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Nigeria, presented a copy of his credentials as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Non-Resident Ambassador of the UAE to the Republic of Cameroon, to Lejeune Mbella Mbella, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cameroon, at the Ministry's headquarters in the capital, Yaoundé. During the meeting, Al Shamsi conveyed the greetings of H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as his wishes for further development and prosperity across all fields for the government and people of Cameroon. Al Shamsi expressed his pride in representing the UAE in the Republic of Cameroon, and his keenness to enhance cooperation across various sectors to reinforce ties between the two nations. For his part, Mbella conveyed his greetings to H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan as well as his wishes for further progress and prosperity for the government and people of the UAE. Mbella wished Al Shamsi success in his duties, stre ssing his country's readiness to provide all possible support to facilitate his duties. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed aspects of cooperation between the UAE and the Republic of Cameroon, and discussed ways of developing them to achieve the interests and aspirations of both countries and peoples.
