A three-day promotional exhibition for Omani-Tunisian olive oil opened today in the Wilayat of Boushar, Muscat Governorate. The exhibition is organised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia in the Sultanate of Oman. The opening ceremony was held under the auspices of Eng. Ali Mohammed Al Abri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources for Water Resources. The exhibition showcases Omani olive oil products from the mills of the villages of Al Jabal Al Akhdar in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, as well as different types of Tunisian olive oil. It also features value-added products and food processing products based on olive oil. The exhibition brings together olive farmers, traders, olive mill owners, individuals, companies, and agricultural institutions working in the production, packaging and export of olive oil from the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Tunisia.
