Israeli Airstrikes Target Multiple Locations in Lebanon, Resulting in Widespread Destruction


NABATIEH: Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes today, targeting various towns across Lebanon, including Nabatieh Fawqa, al-Sharqiya, and several locations within Tyre’s district, resulting in significant destruction of properties and residential areas.

According to National News Agency-Lebanon, the airstrikes began around 2:10 p.m., with one of the first strikes hitting the area between the towns of Arnoun and Kfar Tibnit. Subsequently, at around 3:00 pm, airstrikes destroyed a building near Al-Basheer Mosque in Toul, owned by citizen Salman Ayoub. Minutes later, additional strikes targeted Nabatieh al-Fawqa and al-Sharqiya.

A correspondent from the National News Agency reported that an airstrike at 3:45 p.m. demolished a residential building adjacent to Sheikh Ragheb Harb Hospital in Toul. Emergency response teams from the Red Cross, the Islamic Health Authority, and the Islamic Message Scouts were dispatched immediately to assist at the site.

orrespondent in Tyre detailed that Israeli warplanes also attacked multiple towns within the district of Tyre, including Hanawiyah, Qlaila, al-Bazouriyeh, Yater, Rshaf, and the surroundings of Barish and Maaroub. The towns of Qana, al-Sittiniah, Alma Shaab, and Dhaira were also targeted, with Qana facing four consecutive raids.

Additionally, in Maifadoun, a home in the Maloula neighborhood belonging to the Arteel family was completely destroyed due to the airstrikes.

The correspondent in Marjeyoun noted that today, the town of Khiyam was subjected to four separate raids.
