Emirates Institute of Finance Partners with Key Government Entities to Enhance National Workforce Skills

Abu Dhabi: The Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) has signed four Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with prominent government bodies to boost national workforce skills and reaffirm its status as a premier training and development hub in the financial and banking sectors. The agreements aim to enhance the competencies of professionals across various sectors, contributing to the country's competitive edge in the global market. According to Emirates News Agency, the signing event took place at EIF's campus in Abu Dhabi, attended by notable figures including Abdullah bin Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi, Minister of Justice, and Khaled Mohamed Balama, Governor of the Central Bank of the UAE and Chairman of the Board of Directors at EIF. The MoUs were established with the Judicial Training Institute - Ministry of Justice, the Federal Tax Authority, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, and Al Etihad Credit Bureau. Noura Alblooshi, General Manager of EIF, emphasized the strategic importance of these partnerships, which al ign with the institute's mission to enhance the skills of the national workforce to meet labor market demands. Dr. Mohmmed Mahmoud Al Kamali, Director-General of Judicial Training Institute - Ministry of Justice, highlighted the need for legal and financial professionals to gain specialized knowledge that spans both sectors. Khalid Ali Al Bustani, Director-General of the Federal Tax Authority, remarked on the potential of these MoUs to foster talent development in the tax sector, enhance tax awareness, and address sector-specific challenges effectively. Hamad Hareb AlMuhairi, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, noted the commitment to developing national human resources through these initiatives. Marwan Ahmed Lutfi, Director-General of Etihad Credit Bureau, expressed enthusiasm about the prospects for further collaboration, which will support recruitment and training programs in the banking and financial sector.
