UAE and China Celebrate Strong Bilateral Ties at 75th National Day Reception in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI: Dr. Anwar Gargash, Diplomatic Adviser to the UAE President, and Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State, were among the distinguished attendees at a reception hosted by Zhang Yiming, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the UAE, marking China's 75th National Day. The event took place at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel, highlighting the deepening ties between the two nations. According to Emirates News Agency, the reception saw a significant gathering of senior officials from the UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the UAE, Chinese businesspeople, and members of the Chinese community residing in the country. This diverse gathering underscores the importance of the event and the strong relations between the UAE and China. Ambassador Zhang Yiming, in his address, underscored the robust bilateral relations between the two countries across various sectors. He highlighted that China remains the UAE's largest trading partne r in non-oil trade, which signifies the depth of their economic connections. The event not only celebrated China's national achievements but also the strategic partnership and mutual cooperation that have grown between China and the UAE over the years.
