Dubai: Dubai Police and the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) have announced a new initiative to launch the first specialized diploma in "Strategic Partnerships Management in Governments," available in both Arabic and English. This educational program aims to bolster skills in managing strategic partnerships across public and private sectors. According to Emirates News Agency, the memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Major General Ali Ahmad Ghanem, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Community Happiness and Logistics Support at Dubai Police, and Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government. The signing ceremony was attended by senior officers including Brigadier Badran Al Shamsi and Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri. The MoU not only focuses on the new diploma but also includes the publication of a bilingual book on "Government Strategic Partnerships" and the conducting of workshops for leaders and managers. These initiatives are designed to enhance the capabilities of UAE's workforce in strategic governance and partnership management. Major General Ali Ghanem emphasized the significance of this partnership, stating it aligns with Dubai Police's strategic vision under the directives of Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri to enhance governmental collaborations. He noted that the diploma program will equip participants with essential skills to adhere to global best practices, thereby improving service delivery and operational cohesion. Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, highlighting MBRSG's commitment to empowering future leaders and improving national talent in leadership and governance. He emphasized that the partnership and the new diploma program are pivotal to supporting the UAE's vision for a sustainable and prosperous future.
