According to Kuwait News Agency, the ministry emphasized that individuals seeking these services must schedule an appointment in advance. This can be done through the "Meta" portal or the government application "Sahel." The ministry has set a deadline of December 31 for these appointments, urging residents to comply with the procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
