Embassy of Austria Hosts National Day Reception in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI: The Embassy of Austria celebrated its National Day with a reception hosted by Dr. Etienne Berchtold, the Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to the UAE. The event took place at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Abu Dhabi and saw the participation of various dignitaries, including Omar Alneyadi, Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, alongside several officials and diplomatic representatives. According to Emirates News Agency, the reception was attended by heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the UAE, as well as members of the Austrian community residing in the country. In his address, Ambassador Berchtold praised the amicable relations between the UAE and Austria and emphasized Austria's commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation with the UAE.
