BAALBEK: The Israeli army has issued an urgent evacuation call for residents of Baalbek, a city in eastern Lebanon, and its surrounding villages. The warning, delivered on Wednesday, comes with a notice that Israeli forces are preparing to target Hezbollah positions in the area. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, military spokesman Avichay Adraee announced the warning via a post on X, accompanied by a map highlighting the targeted regions in the eastern Bekaa Valley. The message emphasized that the Israeli army would act strongly against Hezbollah's interests within Baalbek and its neighboring villages, urging inhabitants to leave the area immediately.
