Hariri Urges Immediate Action from International Community on Southern Developments

Beirut: Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri has issued a call for urgent international intervention in response to recent events in southern Lebanon. Utilizing the X platform to express his stance, Hariri paid tribute to the martyrs and wounded civilians affected by the ongoing situation, emphasizing the resilience and determination of the people in confronting what he described as an occupation that breaches the ceasefire agreement. He also extended his support to the national army and urged citizens to follow its directives for their protection.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Hariri stressed the necessity for the international community to promptly fulfill its responsibilities regarding the illegal occupation. He emphasized that a comprehensive agreement, supported by major global powers and fully adhered to by Lebanon, is essential to address the ongoing tensions and ensure regional stability.
